🚫 Temporary suspension of express shipping
📦 We had to temporarily suspend the express option.
Too many people hoped to "force" the deadlines, even for products still in transit. The result: a lot of waiting, confusion, and sometimes frustration.
👉 She will return as soon as we can guarantee reliable delivery times.
✈️ End of direct shipments: heading to Switzerland
Since July, we have stopped direct shipments outside Switzerland via our regular logistics channels. This allows us to:
